I’d like to share feedback on Rupashree Dutta’s work related to the UX Journey for the Internal Admit Review project, specifically the Person Overrides tool for the CDM. This tool represents a critical component of our project and is inherently complex in both scope and execution.Rupashree has delivered excellent results under very tight deadlines. She took the time to fully understand the underlying critical processes, asked thoughtful and comprehensive questions, and produced a high-quality design that provides clear direction for our development team. Despite the aggressive project timeline, she consistently approached the work with professionalism, insight, and composure.
The quality of her design is exceptional. It has been a pleasure working with Rupashree, and her contributions are instrumental to the success of this effort.
